This price includes full digital 'cleaning'. Adding transition effects, movement and music to your slideshow will incurr further charges.

Photos to DVD Slideshow

At Tusk we scan your photos at a very high resolution and create a Slideshow on DVD for you to view on your home DVD player. The end product can also feature transition effects between each image and panning and zooming. Every photo is digitally 'cleaned': this process includes full colour correction. You can even choose to change certain photos to sepia or black and white for the DVD production. You also have the option of including music on your DVD slideshow.

This process is designed to make sure you have a digital backup of your family photos. Remember, if the worst were to happen your photos are one of the few things that cannot be replaced. For the small amount of money involved in transferring your photos to image files on a CD it will give you greater peace of mind. For example, if fires threatened your home you will always want to grab your photos... but what if the box of photos is too heavy, or just in an awkward place in your home? Well, with a digital backup from Tusk your entire photo collection would be collected together on just 1 or 2 CDs, wouldn't that be a lot easier to grab if the worst were to happen?

MemoryDVD Slideshow

A MemoryDVD can be a great gift for a loved one for that special birthday, or anniversary etc. At Tusk we take whatever you can throw at us, film, photos, slides, wedding certificates etc, and put it all together as a memorable DVD production to mark a special occasion. Maybe it's your first Wedding Anniversary, maybe it's your 50th, images and film from the first time you met can be added alongside special memories from your life together. Add 'that special song' you have always loved as a couple and you really will have a DVD production that you will want to treasure forever... and it's a great way to show future generations what kind of 'Moments' you had together.

Prices quoted above are for up to 90 minutes on a tape, if a tape has more than 90 mins an extra charge will be incurred.

Camcorder Tapes to DVD

There are many kind of camcorder tapes out there, but at Tusk we can handle just about all of them! Your tapes can either be transferred 'just as they are' or they can be digitally edited using our complex set of editing software. Maybe you want to take 'bits from this tape and bits from that' to create a whole new DVD production, that's no problem! Most popular tapes that can be converted at Tusk are: MiniDV, 8mm Cassettes & VHS C Cassettes... if you're unsure what type of cassette you have, just contact.

VHS Tape to DVD Pricelist:

This price can vary depending on the tape's length.

VHS Tapes to DVD

Standard VHS tapes can be transferred to DVD either 'as they are' or edited. The tapes can be edited together onto one DVD, set as different chapters on DVD per tape or each tape can be transferred onto it's own DVD... it's your choice, and remember, at Tusk, we only charge for the time it takes to transfer, we do not charge for materials. So it would not cost anymore to have three VHS tapes transferred to three DVDs than it would to have them transferred to one DVD!
